Whilst I was in Manchester I met up with regular forum poster Ordinary World and his parner.

 We had plenty to talk about as John and Jane are about to propose an IVA and are using Melanie.We talked about how we all got into debt and the events around it,We also explored the problems with talking to family members about debt and the various reactions that you can get.

 Over a few glasses of wine we also talked about the problems dealing with creditors at home and at work and how children deal with a sudden tightening of spending.

It was a very enjoyable and informal evening and I hope that I can encourage a few more members to attend.

 I am planning to hold another informal meeting in London on the 3rd July and would welcome forum members and their partners.
